MeloTech currently collect and process information from your Google account, through Google OAuth when someone uses a MeloTech published add on.

We also receive some personal information (name, email, phone) if stored in a spreadsheet by a user. This information is shared when generating output documents. This information is provided and stored on the behalf of a client.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting support@melotech.co.uk

(b) We need it to perform a public task.

How we store your personal information.

Your information is stored securely in Google OAuth system. The information is stored, held and deleted according to their procedures.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
